Success Academy Suspends Way Too Many Students

At one Success Academy Charter School in Brooklyn, there were 44 out of school suspensions for Kindergarten and first graders last year. Do they suspend students until they drop out before testing begins in third grade?

Charter Academy's code of conduct is 6 pages long and identifies 65 infractions. Their suspension rates are 3 times higher than other city schools.
