Cabbage is among the world's healthiest foods. After serving roasted cabbage recently, people said it tasted like buttered popcorn, potato chips and buttery lobster. It takes on a totally different flavor sensation when simply roasted.
Slice about a half a cabbage into large chunks. Separate into potato chip-like pieces and spread onto a metal cookie sheet. Add 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil, salt and pepper.
Roast at 350 for 30-40 minutes until golden brown.
