Hibiscus, Ginger, Turmeric, Green Tea, Cinnamon, Black Pepper Tea!

Tea!

This is the recipe for the health tea:

In a teapot, add 2 tablespoons of dried hibiscus flowers. Chop fresh turmeric and ginger (about a half a thumb size of each), 2 sprigs of fresh mint it you have it, a few grinds of black pepper ( this activates the turmeric's healing power 2000x), as much cinnamon as you can tolerate (1/2 teaspoon is a good start) and at the top, 2 green tea bags. 

Add 180 degree water, the perfect green tea temperature. Boiling water is 212 degrees. If you have boiled the water, let it sit for a few minutes before adding. 

After brewing for 3 minutes, remove the green tea bags. Brew for 7 more minutes. Remove the other stuff. Drink 3 cups a day or more, if possible. Enjoy!
